本發明揭露一種鍵盤響應測試系統，適用於一主機測試一待測裝置之鍵盤反應速度，其包含一控制驗證單元、一轉換單元及一作動單元。該控制驗證單元設置於該主機內，用於預設至少一敲鍵參數並將一文字檔轉換成一連串的字碼訊號。該轉換單元用於將該字碼訊號轉換成至少一控制訊號。該作動單元根據該轉換單元傳來的該至少一控制訊號，敲擊該鍵盤以產生至少一對應字元，其中該控制驗證單元比對該文字檔與該對應字元之間的差異，且根據該比對結果，該控制驗證單元可用於調整該敲鍵參數以獲得該鍵盤之反應速度。本發明還揭露一種鍵盤響應測試方法。
