本創作係揭露一種防水卡勾結構，利用雙料射出製程的第一次射出製作一硬質塑膠的彈性臂、一第一卡勾以及一基座，其中第一卡勾設置於彈性臂上，且彈性臂與基座間具有至少一間隙部。而於雙料射出製程的第二次射出時，成型一軟質橡膠之覆體，並填滿此間隙部。此防水卡勾結構既可藉由第一次射出的硬質結構提升卡勾的卡附功能，同時藉由第二次射出的軟質結構達到防止液體或溼氣沿間隙部進入機構內部之目的。
